Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy on most items, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Silicone items are non-returnable. Please be aware of this when placing your order. There are also NO CANCELLATIONS once an order has been placed. I get charged a fee when an order is placed regardless if that order is fulfilled or not. Please do not place your order if you do not intend to keep that order. I am a small business and these incur my business to have unnecessary expenses. Refusal and/or not accepting a package will have you banned from future orders. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders.moosebeads@gmail.com If your return is accepted, and there were mistakes in your order by PMBB's, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues (including missing items)
Please inspect your order IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. If you find any issue with your order please contact us within 3 DAYS of delivery. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as silicone beads, including buddies, special orders or personalized items)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This includes items purchased during Bead Drops or using a discount code.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
