Shipping policy

Orders placed before 1 PM EST, Monday–Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day. While I strive to maintain fast turnaround times, we are a small operation and delays may occasionally occur. 

As a faith-based business, we typically do not work on Sundays. Please keep in mind that Sundays and holidays are not counted toward turnaround time (TAT).

Shipping updates and delay announcements will be posted in my Facebook group, Platinum Moose Bubblegum Beads. Please join the group to stay informed.

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after an order has been placed. Processing times may increase during high-volume seasons or #Beaddrops.

ROUTE INSURANCE is provided to protect you and MOOSEBEADS. This protects your order from loss, theft and damage. IF you opt out of ROUTE please note your order WILL NOT be sent out free of charge.  

Please note: the shipping estimates provided on the website do not included processing time. These are in addition to processing times, I apologize for any shipping delays that you may encounter, but please understand that I DO NOT work for USPS and this is completely out of my control. I cannot answer any questions pertaining to why your package is taking longer than expected or why it has not been scanned. I can only see the same information you see when it is tracked.

 

USPS First-Class shipping time estimates are 5-7 business days. These will vary per zone/distance you are in.

 

USPS Priority-Mail shipping time estimates are 2-4 business days. These will vary per zone/distance you are in.


I cannot accept add-ons to existing orders, you may place an additional order. I am usually good about catching multiple orders and do my best to ship them together. Due to the time it takes with multiple orders, they typically will be upgraded to a Priority Padded Envelope and I will ALWAYS modify your shipping fees accordingly and refund your overages if there are any. Do note I might not always be able to catch these. If you have placed an order and gotten a shipping notification I will not be able to go back and combine orders placed AFTER a shipping label has been printed.


USPS First Class packages do NOT have insurance and will not be replaced if the package is damaged, lost, or stolen.


USPS priority packages come with automatic insurance. If your package is damaged, lost or stolen, please reach out to platinummoosebeads@gmail.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with USPS. PMBB encourages all buyers to choose the Priority Shipping in order to guarantee your items are properly covered. 

If you did not receive your package but tracking shows delivered please contact your local usps/ups office and file a lost package claim. After you have filed a claim please email PMBB with your order number and your claim number from USPS or UPS.


Please double check your shipping address. We will not be liable for any packages sent to an incorrectly provided address.

Please make sure you have provided the correct email address, your tracking numbers for your orders are sent & generated automatically when your order is fulfilled.


Please check your spam and junk folders to be absolutely sure that you’re accepting our emails.
